Can Shopify send B2B quotes natively?
Shopify can create a draft order and email its invoice link, which functions as an informal quote. What it does not produce is a branded PDF quote document with a quote number, validity date and your own terms — the format most B2B buyers need for their purchasing process.
Do I need Shopify Plus or the B2B features to use this?
No. Draft2Quote works from the public draft order invoice link that every Shopify plan generates when you press Share on a saved draft order.
Does the customer still get a checkout link?
Yes, and that is the point. The quote carries the live Shopify checkout URL plus a scannable QR code, so the buyer can pay the moment the quote is approved without you re-entering anything.
Can I set a quote validity or expiry date?
Yes. Each store has a default validity period, and it prints on the quote so buyers know how long the pricing holds.
How does this handle wholesale pricing and discounts?
Whatever pricing you set on the draft order is what appears on the quote. Per-line price overrides, percentage or fixed discounts, custom shipping and tax are all read from the order and re-checked against the total.
Can my sales team share one set of quotes?
Yes. Invite teammates to your workspace as owner, admin or member. Quotes, stores and branding are shared, and access is enforced at the database level.
What does it cost?
